To login to Virtual Center automatically using pass though authentication, add the following to your VI Client shortcut:
-passthroughAuth -s virtualcenter.domain.local

Example Shortcut:
"C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\VpxClient.exe"
-passthroughAuth -s virtualcenter.domain.local
