This tool is provided purely for helping system and network administrators determine remote port access issues. It can remotley check if a specific TCP port on a public IP is open or closed on a server, firewall, or any other device connected to the internet.
It comes with no guarantee that if a port is confirmed open/closed here it will apply to any other host/user on the internet. That would depend entireley upon the firewall configuration of the device being checked.
